DESPATCH

*When goods are in stock, we aim to send all parcel orders within 3 to 7 days of the order being received.

*If there is a variation on these timings, we will call or email you.

Delivery ( UK Mainland)

* Small orders under value of £80.00 £8.50 by Royal Mail Recorded

* Items over the value of £80.00 from £14.00 per parcel tracked and signed

All our deliveries are made by courier and need to be signed for.

* Items that are by nature large and or fragile will either need to be collected or will be sent in a crate or on a pallet so these items are not available to buy online. Please contact us by email so that we can give a fair price for packing and shipping.

Delivery ( International)

European delivery prices start at £18, North America £28 and the rest of the World £45.00. Shipping charges will appear in the checkout section of the website which are calculated by a combination of value, weight and size.

For large orders over £1200.00 please email us for a shipping quote.

Upon Receipt of Goods

Please make sure within 48 hours of delivery:

* Quantity and Design is as ordered

* There are no faults or damage unless the goods were sold as imperfect and their issues described beforehand.
