How To Order
We ship our products worldwide on a regular basis. However if you are not in the UK, you may feel happier to contact us by email rather than using the online checkout, we welcome your contact and will do all we can to assist. We are here to help on sales@janeknapp.com
Ways to Order
- Browse the site, select the item(s) that you want and add them to the shopping trolley.
- After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECKOUT"
- You will be asked a few questions so that we can complete the order.
- Card payments are accepted through this secure site. Please see padlock symbol on the credit card form.
- Confirmation by email will be sent to you when your order has been received.
Alternatively, orders may be placed by post or email, and payment can be made by bank transfer. Please email sales@janeknapp.com for my bank details.
If for any reason the goods are unsuitable, please return them unused, packed in the same way as they were received, by registered post or courier within fourteen ( 14 ) days of receiving the goods for exchange or refund.
This condition does not apply to bespoke items that have been made or custom finished to order.
