Refund policy

Sometimes things do not work out so if for any reason goods are unsuitable, please let us know by email and then return them to us unused and unfitted with their original packing for an exchange or refund for the value of the goods WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving your order. This especially applies to lighting once wiring has been cut or tampered with in any way or goods are returned damaged.

We cannot be responsible for lost or missing returns so we strongly advise customers to get proof of despatch as the customer will be responsible for the safe return to us of goods in their original condition.

The cost of a return will be at the expense of the customer unless there has been a mistake or fault on the part of Jane Knapp Ltd.

SALE items may be returned to us under the terms of the above refund policy unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

Our return policy does not apply to bespoke goods or goods which have been especially customised and altered for you.
